About us. .
[1] Communication is vital Communication is paramount within Enigmus. Registration on our forums is a must. Members should also be on comms as often as possible in order to foster good relations between corp members and alliance members. Comms will also allow members to respond to developing situations quickly. Our corp uses Teamspeak 3 for comms and members may be asked to download other VOIP programs for join fleet operations.
[2] There are no “MUSTS” in Activity We ask that members are as active as their real life interests and schedules allow. You will not find anyone in our corp barking that you “have” to be on. EEN if filled with everything from parents to students. Real life trumps everything in EvE. When you are active however, we ask that you participate in Corp/Alliance activities. CTA's do not occur often but when they do, we give a good showing. But as we are a communal group, we expect to be able to communicate with everyone. Even if that is simply sitting on voice comms and shooting the breeze...Inactive accounts or players who fail to be active at all may be subject to removal.
[3]Dedication will get you anywhere Over the years we have seen players come and go but in almost all cases, the dedicated ones remain. For those that leave, leave with the knowledge that the door will always be opened for them. Those who are new to Enigmus will have any and every opportunity to work with and fly with our membership. All new recruits will be placed in 30-60 day evaluation period by their peers and will be judged by them accordingly.
[4]Maturity is expected We asked that members be 18 years or older for numerous reasons. Mainly because our membership is largely composed of parents and college students. We have however recruited exceptional pilots of younger ages before and they are held to the same standard as everyone else.
[5]There is no I in team As stated, we are a communal group and there are time each one of us are on our own doing god knows what. For the most part however, we operate as a group or groups within groups in order to accomplish a task and have fun while doing so.
